Purilon Hydrogel is a natural, additive-free gel formulated for dry, sloughy, and necrotic wounds. Its balanced hydrating and absorbing properties support autolytic debridement and maintain a moist wound healing environment throughout the healing process.

Indications

Suitable for dry, sloughy, and necrotic wounds including leg ulcers, pressure injuries, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, and 1st and 2nd degree burns. May be used across all stages of healing. Must be used with a secondary dressing.
