An amylase resistant food and fluid thickener powder for the dietary management of dysphagia. Maintains consistent texture throughout consumption in both hot and cold foods and fluids. Must be used under medical supervision.

Directions for Use

• Use only the scoop provided.
• Add the prescribed amount of powder to liquid or pureed meal and mix well with a shaker, whisk, or fork.
• Leave to stand for a few minutes to reach required consistency. Do not add more powder during standing time.
• Prepare per serving; discard unfinished portions after 2 hours.
• Handle aseptically to maintain product integrity.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
• Once opened, use within 8 weeks. Replace lid firmly after use.
