Cautions on maintenance and inspection:

• The thermometer is water-resistant, but should not be immersed in liquid for long periods.
• Do not disinfect the thermometer in boiling water (50 ?C or higher).
• Do not wipe with organic solvents (such as thinner), cresol, or povidone iodine. The use of organic solvents or disinfectant
• Solutions other than those specied may cause damage, discoloration and malfunction of the product. Also, wiping with povidone iodine may cause pigmentation.

Attention is required to the following issues, otherwise, malfunction may be caused.

• Do not sterilise or disinfect this product with a gas steriliser.
• Do not use a hair dryer to dry the thermometer.
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaning.
